Tiffany (jessica drake) is a charming socialite with a youthful zest for life. Maintaining a childlike innocence yet she entertains wealthy men as long as they shower her with gifts and money. Tiffany's carefree independence is challenged when she meets her new neighbor, aspiring writer Steve (Eric Masterson), who is suffering from writer's block while being "sponsored" by a wealthy woman.
